FARES ARE NOT FOR A PERSON, BUT FOR THE HOLIDAY HOUSE RENT, ACCORDING TO ITALIAN LAW ABOUT TRANSITORY HOME LEASING FOR TOURIST PURPOSE

This lease is a “transitory lease contract with tourist purpose”. This kind of lease is mentioned in Italian law number 431/1998, 1st article, 2nd comma, C letter, and regulated by Italian Civil Code, article 1571 and followings.
According to the Italian law 431/1998, this kind of lease must have a written form. Otherwise it can be annulated.
I declare that the houses I’m renting don’t have any link with agencies. I am a private citizen, owner of the building, and I just sometimes rent my house for short periods by a transitory lease with tourist purpose.
